Improve Chinese conversation!

I've been studying Chinese for over a year, but my Chinese is still poor, not enough to make conversation. I'm so frustrated by myself. In the beginning, i went to language school in Ritsumeikan for 3 months, but i didn't like so much, because students are just look down and read the book. Seriously, they just read the book they don't switch the words and create new sentence. like in the book it says.

Q:what did you do?
A:i went to see movie.

(A) can change to anythings. When it's free conversation time, it's kind of boring to speak exact same words that is write on the book. So, i changed a lot, but they never did, and they even told me that i need to follow the book. ...oh well,,,,,

so after the 3months, i found the new school that is called internet school(is this right word??). i have a teacher in china, and we communicate through Skype. It is really good, and cheap. In the beginning, i was so motivated to learn. I completed the homework for everyday. After the couple of months, my chinese was improved, specially hearing.

Recently, naaa-. i still go to the school, but i don't do homeworks. i just attend the class once in a week.... The reason is pretty simple. i lost the motivation. i know that intension is key factor to learn the language, but i just couldn't study how i used to.

However, after i looked my words in last journal ''Just do it'' I realized i don't need reason to learn Chinese. Important thing is i feel excited when i make a conversation in Chinese. it's just fun nothing else.

I know myself who can't concentrate for a long term. i am going to put my all effort to study Chinese in next 3 months. i couldn't make it i don't think i'm not going to study again.
